Sign-in to Minecraft for Education

Student guide on connecting to the NWSC Minecraft service.
Classes that will be using the Minecraft service should already have the Minecraft Education Edition software on the student laptops.
Once the minecraft service has been started *Please follow documentation Process for operating and closing the Minecraft service

1. Have the Student open the Minecraft Education Edition program on the desktop screen of their laptops.

2. The students should login with their provided login for minecraft ID@schools.vic.edu.au

*If logins have not been provided for your class notify IT via Issue Tracker so we can provision them for you

3. Have the students click on Play.

4. Then click on the Servers TAB on the top right

5. They should already have the NWSC Minecraft service listed
a. If they do not have the service listed click on Add Server

b. - In the Server Name field enter NWSC Minecraft S

- In* the Server Address field enter 172.16.10.51
- In* the Port field enter 19132

c. Click Save

6. Click on the listed server to connect.
